NOW HIRING: BARTENDER
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, personable Bartender to join our West Philadelphia team. The ideal candidate is someone who can craft great drinks, read the room, and bring energy and professionalism to every shift. You will be responsible for executing a full bar program in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.
This position consists primarily of evening shifts. Full weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail technique
- A personable, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage a busy bar, handle cash, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Strong team skills and a cooperative instinct
- Clear and effective communication
- RAMP or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification preferred
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Exceptional hygiene and adherence to health and safety standards
